Thanksgiving in Las Vegas has its own rhythm. Wednesday is the travel day, Thursday is the calm one, and by Friday the Strip is full again. The shows keep going through all of it: most of the big productions play straight through the holiday, and two of them put dinner on the table as part of the ticket. Here are 14 shows you can book as a family between Wednesday November 25 and Friday November 27, 2026. The numbers aren't a ranking. The two dinner shows come first, then the evening productions, then the daytime shows, and last the two you can book for Friday only.
1. Tony n' Tina's Wedding: dinner is part of the ticket
Tony n' Tina's Wedding makes your family guests at a wedding reception, and the reception comes with a meal. The ticket covers a four-course Italian dinner served family-style, from salad and two pastas to chicken and sausage with peppers, finished with wedding cake. The show is back at the Rio this year, staged in The Venue at Masquerade Village just west of the Strip. Nobody has to dance. The bride's friends break into a Britney Spears routine mid-party anyway, and the cast works the tables all night.

2. Tournament of Kings: a feast you eat with your hands
Tournament of Kings has been jousting in King Arthur's Arena at Excalibur for more than 36 years, and dinner arrives while the knights ride. The plate is roast chicken, potatoes, corn on the cob, a dinner roll and an apple square, with no cutlery, because King Arthur didn't have any. Every seating section cheers for its own king, whether that's Ireland or Spain, and children take the job very seriously. Then the horses gallop in. More in our Tournament of Kings review.

3. O by Cirque du Soleil: the show built on a pool
O is Cirque du Soleil in, on and above 1.5 million gallons of water at Bellagio. The stage is a set of lifts that rise and sink inside the pool, so performers walk across it one minute and dive into it the next. It has played Bellagio since 1998, with synchronized swimmers, divers and acrobats sharing the water. Children must be at least five. The 90 minutes run straight through. 4. Michael Jackson ONE: four misfits and a glove
Michael Jackson ONE at Mandalay Bay follows four misfit characters who each find one of Jackson's trademarks, the shoes, the sunglasses, the hat and the glove, and gain a power from it. It's the most dance-driven show Cirque du Soleil has made, with trampolines, slacklines and aerial silks set to the original recordings. Expect the kids to sing along. It opened in 2013, runs 90 minutes, and admits children from five.

5. Blue Man Group: three silent performers and a lot of drums
Blue Man Group has played Las Vegas since 2000, and since 2015 it has been back at Luxor, where it started. Three bald, blue performers drum on instruments the company built itself, and not one of them speaks a word all night. That's exactly why it works for every age at the table. The audience gets pulled into the finale, so nobody leaves as just a spectator. It's recommended from age three.

6. Jabbawockeez: 75 minutes, no faces, no words
Jabbawockeez won the first season of America's Best Dance Crew in 2008, and two years later became the first dance crew to headline its own Las Vegas show. The white masks and gloves are the idea: no single dancer matters, only the crew moving as one. The show at MGM Grand runs about 75 minutes and mixes hip-hop with physical comedy. 7. Shin Lim: the only two-time America's Got Talent winner
Shin Lim is the only person to win America's Got Talent twice, season 13 in 2018 and The Champions the next year, and he was already the 2015 FISM world champion for close-up card magic. His show at the Palazzo Theatre in The Venetian is sleight of hand so precise that kids lean forward to catch the move and still miss it. Blink and it's gone.

8. Mat Franco: a different show every night
Mat Franco was the first magician ever to win America's Got Talent, in 2014. He opened at The LINQ in August 2015 and stayed long enough for the room to be renamed the Mat Franco Theater. The show runs on audience suggestions, so no two nights play the same, and he tells how he got hooked on magic along the way. It runs 90 minutes.

9. The Wizard of Oz at Sphere: wind, snow and flying monkeys
The Wizard of Oz at Sphere puts the 1939 film on a 160,000-square-foot wraparound screen, then brings Oz into the seats. The tornado arrives with real wind and fog, snow falls on the audience, and flying monkeys swoop over the rows. The film has been cut to a 75-minute version for the room. 10. Popovich Comedy Pet Theater: a cast of rescues
Popovich Comedy Pet Theater is an afternoon show in the V Theater at Planet Hollywood's Miracle Mile Shops, and every one of its more than 25 animals, from cats and dogs to geese and a mini pig, came from an animal shelter. Gregory Popovich trained with the Moscow Circus and holds a Guinness world record for juggling, so the humans get acts of their own between the animal scenes. It's built for small children. Infants on a lap get in free.

11. Nathan Burton Comedy Magic: the afternoon regular
Nathan Burton has been doing afternoon magic on the Strip since 2001, and his theater now sits inside the FlyOver building, next to the Hard Rock Cafe and M&M's World. The show mixes big stage illusions and showgirls with close-up tricks done in the palm of an audience member's hand. Burton has taken the act onto America's Got Talent more than once. 12. Adam London's Laughternoon: magic with a Mac King pedigree
Adam London does sleight of hand and comedy in the Showroom on the second floor of the Ahern Hotel, off the Strip. He learned card tricks from his grandfather, performed at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, and worked on the Mac King Comedy Magic Show before building his own. It's a late-afternoon show, which leaves the evening free for dinner. Birthday parties book it too.

13. TAPE FACE: comedy with the mouth taped shut
TAPE FACE is the silent character New Zealand comedian Sam Wills took to the America's Got Talent finals in 2016, now in residence at The Underground Theater at MGM Grand. There's tape across his mouth and not one spoken line, just props, music and volunteers pulled up from the seats. A six-year-old and a grandparent end up laughing at the same moment. No English required.

14. BattleBots Destruct-A-Thon: robots with flamethrowers
BattleBots Destruct-A-Thon calls itself the world's first daily robot-combat show, staged in the BattleBots Arena behind Horseshoe Las Vegas. Robots of up to 300 pounds, some straight from the TV series like Witch Doctor and HyperShock, fight six bouts a show with spinning blades and flamethrowers. Beyond the showrooms: Hoover Dam with barbecue
For one daytime outing away from the Strip, the Hoover Dam small-group tour with barbecue runs every day of the holiday. It picks up at Treasure Island, stops at a Lake Mead overlook and at the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, which looks down on the dam from 890 feet above the Colorado River, and includes a barbecue meal at Rick's Rollin Smoke BBQ and Tavern. Which day to book first
Friday is the only day of the three when all 14 shows above can be booked, and it's also the day the Black Friday crowd arrives. Book it first.
