The Palazzo at The Venetian

The Palazzo occupies the northern end of the mid-Strip stretch along Las Vegas Boulevard, connected internally to The Venetian so the two function as one very large complex. The Grand Canal Shoppes run the length of both properties, with the Waterfall Atrium anchoring The Palazzo's end of the mall. On foot, the casino corridors connect to The Venetian's main floor and from there to its gondola canal and the TAO nightclub. The underground parking garage is the practical entry point for drivers - look for the lobby-labeled elevator rather than the casino-direct or showroom elevators, which land you in very different parts of the building. A shuttle to and from the airport is available through an outside company.

The pool deck spans five acres across The Palazzo and The Venetian combined, with 11 pools, four Jacuzzis, and 41 cabanas - enough space that it rarely feels like one continuous crowd. Canyon Ranch Spa + fitness, shared between the two properties, runs 69,000 square feet across multiple floors and holds more than 80 treatment rooms, a 21,000-square-foot fitness center, a 40-foot rock climbing wall, and a full-service salon. For nightlife, the Rosina lounge and Electra Cocktail Club are the on-site options; Laguna Champagne Bar and Fusion round out the quieter drinking choices. On the dining side, Hong Kong Cafe, Grand Lux Palazzo, and Espressamente Illy handle casual meals and coffee, while Solaro and Majordomo join the more formal evening options.

The Palazzo moves at a noticeably different pace than many Strip properties its size. The suite layout means hallways feel less trafficked than at tower hotels with double the room count, and the lobby carries a quieter register than you might expect from a property of 3,066 rooms. That said, the proximity to 1.9 million square feet of convention and expo space is the single biggest variable in any stay here. When a large trade show or conference is running, foot traffic through the restaurants, corridors, and casino picks up sharply and reservation lines extend. Arriving in a convention-heavy week without dinner reservations at CUT or Mott 32 is a gamble that rarely pays off.
