The 599 suites are configured to feel more like urban condos than overnight hotel rooms. Every unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, at least two large plasma TVs, a spa tub, and a waterfall shower with its own small screen. One-bedroom suites step up considerably - a larger kitchen, a fireplace, in-unit laundry, and a sofa bed make them practical for longer stays or two-room-needing groups. Strip-view and mountain-view options exist across both the studio and one-bedroom categories, so the outlook is something you can actually choose rather than hope for.
The property connects to the full Palms complex next door, which means access to a wider dining and entertainment ecosystem than the Palms Place address alone would suggest. For guests who don't want to venture far for a night of gaming, that adjacency matters. For those who came specifically to avoid casino energy, the separation between the two buildings is reassuring.
Palms Place sits on West Flamingo Road, a few minutes west of the Strip by car or rideshare. That short distance translates to noticeably lower noise and foot traffic than properties on the main boulevard. Rideshare services and taxis run around the clock, making the gap feel manageable any hour of the night. A complimentary shuttle runs to and from Palace Station, which carries a full-service casino and multiple restaurants - a useful option when you want a sit-down meal or some table time without paying for a ride. A separate paid shuttle service covers the Strip and the airport.
The pool enclave covers 50,000 square feet - large enough that it rarely feels overrun - and anchors the outdoor social life of the property. Rojo Lounge handles cocktails and casual gathering on site, and it's bookable as a linked venue through this page. A fitness center covers the basics for guests keeping up a routine. Wedding services are genuinely broad here: ceremonies can be held in the suites themselves, and receptions spread across an array of venues at both Palms Place and the adjoining Palms, with a combined convention and event footprint of 65,000 square feet across both properties. A lobby gift and sundries shop covers the forgotten-toiletry situations. The Drift Spa is currently not in operation.
A few things about Palms Place are worth knowing before you arrive. The hallways are deliberately dim - small lamps in distinctive shapes are the dominant light source, and the same low-light aesthetic carries into the rooms. It's an intentional design choice, not a maintenance issue, but guests who prefer bright spaces should know going in.
Parking takes a small detour. Palms Place has no attached garage of its own; the practical option is the west garage at the adjoining Palms property, which puts a short outdoor walk between you and the Palms Place entrance. A handful of spots sit out front, but the driveway sees regular vehicle traffic. Factoring that walk into your plan beats discovering it at midnight with luggage.
