The casino floor hums at the center of the property and supports a Race and Sports Book alongside the standard table and slot offerings. Dining spreads across several distinct concepts: Gallagher's Steakhouse carries the most culinary weight, while Il Fornaio and Chin Chin Cafe handle Italian and Japanese respectively. America Restaurant serves as the big, all-hours American diner anchor. The Village Street Eateries - think New York Pizzeria, Nathan's, Shake Shack, 48th and Crepe, and Gonzalez y Gonzalez - fill out the casual end inside the brownstone-themed food court.

The bar lineup is genuinely varied. Nine Fine Irishmen doubles as the property's primary nightlife venue with live music alongside its Irish pub menu. Coyote Ugly Las Vegas is exactly what the name suggests - bar-top dancing and a loud crowd.

The Big Apple Coaster is loud and it runs late. Rooms positioned close to the coaster track will pick up the rumble and the screaming well into the night, so it's worth specifying a room away from that side of the building when you book or at check-in. The tradeoff is real: those same coaster-adjacent rooms can feel remarkably lively if that energy is part of what you came for.

The casino floor is the property's true crossroads - nearly every path between the hotel towers, the restaurants, and the main entrance cuts through it. That layout means the energy level stays high regardless of the hour, which suits some guests perfectly and catches others off guard.
