UFC 335 Las Vegas: Oliveira vs Lopes for the BMF Belt

A former lightweight champion who has made a career of finishing fights, against a featherweight moving up 10 pounds to take the belt off him. UFC 335 closes the year in Las Vegas on the last Saturday of rodeo season, and the undercard is stacked too.

Take Me to Tickets

UFC 335 is the UFC's year-end fight night in Las Vegas, and the live gate is the only way to watch it without a screen. That matters more than usual this year: there's no pay-per-view, every fight streams on Paramount+, and the people inside T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, December 12 get the only seats that come with the noise. Charles Oliveira defends the BMF title against Diego Lopes in a five-round lightweight main event. Both men finish fights.

Oliveira vs Lopes: the BMF belt at lightweight

UFC 335: Oliveira vs. Lopes puts the UFC's most unusual belt on the line. The BMF title has had only four holders, Jorge Masvidal, Justin Gaethje, Max Holloway and now Oliveira, who took it from Holloway by unanimous decision at UFC 326 in March. Oliveira is Brazil's former 155-pound champion, 37-11 with one no contest, and he comes in on two straight wins after submitting Mateusz Gamrot. Lopes, 28-8, is Brazilian-born and fights out of Mexico. He has twice fought Alexander Volkanovski for the featherweight title, knocked out Steve Garcia in the second round at UFC Freedom 250 in June, and now moves up a division to take the belt.

Pereira vs Pavlovich: the co-main event

The co-main is a five-round heavyweight fight between two men who both came up short against a champion. Alex Pereira, 13-4, held the middleweight and light heavyweight titles, made three defenses at 205 pounds, lost that belt to Magomed Ankalaev and won it back, then vacated it to chase a third division. His heavyweight debut in June ended in a TKO loss to Ciryl Gane for the interim title. Sergei Pavlovich, 21-3, is the Russian heavyweight who fought Tom Aspinall for an interim belt in 2023 and has won three straight since, most recently finishing Tallison Teixeira. One of them climbs back.

The rest of the card

The card as announced in October has middleweights Joe Pyfer and Bo Nickal, plus former flyweight champion Brandon Moreno against Charles Johnson and Maycee Barber against Carli Judice at women's flyweight. Cards move. UFC lineups often change before fight week, so the full card on the night can look different. Pereira and Oliveira are the reason to buy.

Fight night in NFR week

T-Mobile Arena sits between New York-New York and Park MGM, a short walk from the center Strip. December 12 is also the tenth and final night of the National Finals Rodeo at the Thomas & Mack Center, so the city is full of rodeo fans that weekend. Our National Finals Rodeo guide covers the other big ticket that night, and our Las Vegas in December 2026 guide has the rest of the month. Fight night ends late. The Strip stays open later.
