John Fogerty

John Fogerty wrote songs that stuck. 'Proud Mary,' 'Fortunate Son,' 'Born On The Bayou,' 'Who'll Stop The Rain' - these are tracks that have lived in jukeboxes, stadiums, and car speakers for half a century, and Fogerty's voice is the one that made them matter. His path started with a small band in 1959 before Creedence Clearwater Revival turned those early instincts into some of the most-played rock recordings ever made. Hearing those songs performed by the man who wrote and recorded them is a different thing entirely from a playlist or a tribute act.

The show runs 90 minutes at PH Live inside Planet Hollywood, and it pulls from a catalog that spans his CCR years and his solo work. That depth means the setlist has room for the well-known anthems alongside tracks that casual listeners might rediscover on the night. Fogerty the performer is also Fogerty the guitarist and songwriter, so what you're watching is the source - not an interpretation of it.

This is a strong fit for rock fans who grew up with CCR, as well as anyone who appreciates a songwriter performing their own material at full force. It suits couples and groups of friends more than very young children, given the concert setting and the catalog's generational pull.
