Treasure Island TI Las Vegas Hotel – Handwritten Collection
Treasure Island TI occupies one of the more strategically useful corners on the Las Vegas Strip, sitting directly across the boulevard from Wynn Las Vegas, Encore, The Venetian, and The Palazzo. The property is a four-star hotel that leans contemporary rather than theatrical, offering solid, well-maintained rooms - from Deluxe Two Queen Beds and Standard Strip View Deluxe rooms to Petite Suites and Standard Tower Suites - without the premium room rates those neighbours command. Free self-parking in a seven-story garage makes it a practical anchor for anyone arriving by car.
On-site entertainment is the real differentiator. Mystere by Cirque du Soleil has run at TI for years and remains one of the most acrobatically intense productions on the Strip. Gilley's Saloon, Dance Hall & BBQ brings a full country-bar atmosphere complete with live bands, a mechanical bull, and the Gilley Girls, making it one of the few places on the boulevard where line dancing is genuinely on the agenda. The Cove Bar & Arcade rounds out the nightlife mix with a more casual, game-centred vibe.
Dining covers more ground than the property's scale might suggest. Phil's Italian Steakhouse and Pizzeria Francesco's handle Italian and steak, Gilley's BBQ provides smoked meats, Pho offers a Vietnamese alternative, and The Coffee Shop along with Starbucks and Malena's Yogurt Plus take care of everything from early mornings to late-night dessert runs. STN Sports inside the Golden Circle Sports Bar handles race and sports wagering for guests who want action beyond the main casino floor.
Treasure Island sits on the north-central Strip at 3300 S. Las Vegas Blvd., a stretch of pavement that puts serious retail within a two-minute walk. An escalator past CVS and Popeyes leads to Spring Mountain Road, where a pedestrian bridge deposits you directly at the Fashion Show mall. Cross the boulevard and the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and The Palazzo are immediately accessible, and the Esplanades at Wynn and Encore occupy the opposite corners. Guests arriving by car for Mystere should self-park and aim for level three, where a covered walkway connects straight into the resort and on to the box office - it's the most direct route and avoids the main entrance crowds. Airport transfers are available through an outside shuttle company for a fee.
The TI Las Vegas Pool gives guests an outdoor escape that stays relatively sheltered given the property's footprint. For recovery or grooming, the Oleksandra Spa & Salon sits within the same building as the fitness center, so one trip handles both. The casino covers the expected table games alongside the STN Sports book inside the Golden Circle Sports Bar, which functions as a dedicated sports-viewing and wagering space rather than a generic lounge. The Cove Bar & Arcade, the Breeze Bar, and the Margarita Bar fill out the nightlife options beyond Gilley's Saloon. For couples wanting to marry on-site, The Wedding Chapels at Treasure Island handle ceremonies without requiring guests to venture elsewhere.
Peak check-in traffic at TI clusters hard between late afternoon and early evening, and the front-desk queues during that window are genuine - electronic checkout is worth using on departure if you don't need a printed receipt. The garage entrance on level three is the path least travelled at show-time; after Mystere lets out, the main corridor between the theater and the casino floor gets congested quickly, so building in a few extra minutes before or after the curtain is sensible. The lobby scale feels proportionate to a busy Strip property rather than a grand resort atrium, which means it moves people through efficiently at quieter hours but feels tight when multiple tour groups or a sold-out show crowd arrive simultaneously.
