About The Signature at MGM Grand – All Suites

The Signature at MGM Grand is three identical all-suite towers that share a guarded entrance on Harmon Ave., physically connected to MGM Grand but operating as a separate, quieter alternative to it. Every room is a suite - either a Deluxe Suite, a Balcony Deluxe Suite, a Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suite, a One Bedroom Balcony Suite, or a One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suite - and the whole property is non-gaming and non-smoking, which means no slot machine audio drifting through the hallways and no residual cigarette smell anywhere in the building. That combination attracts guests who want genuine space and calm without surrendering access to a major Las Vegas resort.

The suites are laid out with longer stays in mind. Kitchenettes or full kitchens come standard, and in-suite whirlpool tubs give you a legitimate way to recover after a long day. Some suites include a TV that rises from the desk surface. The one thing the kitchen setup does not include by default is cookware or utensils - those are available on request through the front desk or concierge at no charge, but you do need to ask. Each tower has its own heated outdoor pool, and moving walkways link the towers together and onward into MGM Grand itself, where the full resort infrastructure opens up.

Balcony suites on higher floors look out over the Strip, the surrounding valley, or in some cases straight toward Harry Reid International Airport, where you can watch aircraft take off and land. The views are genuine and worth prioritising when choosing a room type. One practical note: the balconies do not come with patio furniture, so you'll want to pull a chair out from inside if you plan to spend time out there.

The Signature sits just off the main Strip on Harmon Ave., reached through a guarded gate that first-time arrivals sometimes find disorienting - you receive a pass and your tower assignment there before proceeding. The towers connect to MGM Grand via moving walkways, but the walk from the farthest tower to the main MGM Grand building takes at least 10 minutes, and MGM Grand itself is large enough to add more walking once you arrive. The Las Vegas Monorail stops at MGM Grand and runs northward, with stops that include Horseshoe Las Vegas / Paris, Flamingo, Harrah's / The Quad, the Las Vegas Convention Center, and Sahara Avenue. Self-parking is available in the MGM Grand seven-story garage, and free valet service is provided for Signature guests.

Each of the three towers at The Signature has a private heated outdoor pool with cabanas and cocktail service, reserved for Signature guests rather than shared with the broader MGM Grand crowd. Tower One holds The Lounge, a bar designed for an evening drink away from the main resort energy. Tower Two contains Delights, a deli that covers considerably more ground than its name suggests - breakfast skillets and pasta dinners sit alongside the sandwich menu, and coffee service is available for guests who'd rather not brew in-room. All suites include a coffee maker.

Arriving at The Signature for the first time has a different rhythm than checking into a conventional Strip hotel. The guarded entrance on Harmon Ave. is the first thing you encounter, and getting your tower assignment there before you ever see a lobby can feel unexpected. Once inside, the three towers read as nearly identical, so it's worth noting which tower holds which amenity - The Lounge is in Tower One, Delights is in Tower Two - before you settle in.

The non-smoking atmosphere carries through every corridor and common area, which is genuinely noticeable if you've stayed at mixed-policy properties before. Designated smoking areas are available at MGM Grand next door for guests who need them.

The trade-off is that reaching MGM Grand's full amenities involves at least a 10-minute walk through connecting corridors.

Can you use the MGM Grand pool and casino if you're staying at The Signature?

Yes - Signature guests have full access to MGM Grand's amenities, including the five-pool Grand Pool complex with a 1,000-foot lazy river, the 171,500-square-foot casino, the Spa at MGM Grand, the race and sports book, and all dining and entertainment venues.
