Eight Nights. One of Rock's Great Live Bands. A Room Built for This.
Scorpions formed in Hanover in 1965. They have been performing live almost continuously since 1969. Five decades of arena-rock experience does not produce a band that goes through the motions -- it produces a band that knows exactly how to fill a room with the kind of sound and energy that earns a crowd's complete attention from the first chord. Their limited run at PH Live inside Planet Hollywood runs from September 17 through October 3, eight dates spread across two weeks, with Buckcherry opening each night. This is not a one-night curiosity. It is a proper run from a band that belongs in Las Vegas and clearly knows it.

What the Show Actually Is
Scorpions at PH Live is a full-scale rock concert from a band whose catalog covers the full emotional range of the genre: the face-melting riff of Rock You Like a Hurricane, the sweeping melancholy of Wind of Change, the sustained power of Still Loving You. What separates this from a nostalgia event is the band's refusal to treat any of it as museum pieces. These songs are performed with the intention of people who still believe in them, and the live show reflects that. Klaus Meine's vocals carry the same weight they have for decades. The guitar chemistry between Rudolf Schenker and Matthias Jabs is intact. The production is built for a room this size -- and PH Live, which seats a few thousand people in a theater-style configuration, turns an arena-rock band into something that feels almost confrontational in its proximity.
Buckcherry open each night, which adds value rather than simply filling time. They are a band with genuine hard-rock credibility, and a crowd that came for Scorpions will find them a well-matched warm-up. The full evening is closer to a rock event than a single-act concert.
Which Date Should You Pick?
All eight dates are at 8:00 PM. The September 17 opening night and September 26 and 29 dates are the ones with the most scheduling flexibility around a Las Vegas weekend. Note that September 19 has a conflict worth knowing about: Sammy Hagar is also performing that night at Dolby Live at Park MGM -- a separate rock show, a different bill, a different venue. If you are in Las Vegas on the 19th and have to choose, both are strong options and the choice comes down to which catalog you want in a room. For every other date in this run, Scorpions are the only major rock act on the calendar.
The Practical Truth
Eight nights across late September and early October, all at 8:00 PM at PH Live. More date options than most limited runs in this project -- which means if one weekend fills up, the next one is available. Check the booking section below for current availability across all eight shows.
