Escape IT puts you in Derry with 60 minutes to stop Pennywise, and the scale is the thing that separates it: the experience fills more than 20 explorable rooms, which is far beyond the single-room format most people picture. Here's the detail that tells you how seriously they take the fear: the booking terms state that no refunds are given due to the scare factor or the intensity of the attraction. That isn't marketing copy, it's a policy.
It sits off-Strip on South Martin Luther King Boulevard, runs Wednesday through Sunday by reservation only, and you'll have to call to book your slot after buying the ticket. Best for horror fans and groups who want the genuinely committed version.

The Official SAW Escape Room: Two Films, Live Actors
The Official SAW Escape Room & Escape Blair Witch is the only one of the three that puts live actors in the room with you, which changes the experience completely: a puzzle you can solve at your own pace is a different thing when someone else is in there with you. It also runs two distinct experiences at one venue, the gory Jigsaw-style game and the slower, more suspenseful Blair Witch route, so a group that comes twice doesn't repeat itself.

PanIQ Escape Room & Lounge: The One With a Bar
PanIQ Escape Room & Lounge is the outlier and the answer for most groups. It's the only Las Vegas escape room pairing the puzzles with a full-service bar and lounge, which means the hour of play is bookended by somewhere to sit rather than a car park. It's also the only one on the Strip, inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Palazzo, and the only one that admits children, from age eight.
The age rules are specific and worth reading before you book: children aged eight to fourteen must be in a privately booked room with their own group, with at least one player over eighteen. Rooms run 45 to 60 minutes and may include strobe lighting or jump scares. Friday and Saturday it stays open until 1 a.m., which makes it the only late-night option of the three.

The Practical Truth
Sort it by group first and geography second. Kids or a mixed-nerve group means PanIQ, and it's the only one you can walk to. An all-adult group chasing a real fright goes off-Strip to Escape IT or SAW, and both of those need a rideshare and a reservation made by phone after you buy.
