Ride Along with Our Guide!

There's a particular kind of freedom in being the passenger. No trail decisions, no throttle management, no second-guessing the terrain - just you, the open Mojave, and a guide who knows exactly where the desert gets interesting. Vegas Off-Road Tours' Ride Along experience loads you into a RZR SxS alongside a seasoned guide who handles everything from route selection to navigating the rocky descents south of Las Vegas. You get three distinct trail experiences to choose from, each one shaped by a different character of desert landscape.

As the guide pushes through the terrain, the Mojave reveals itself in layers. Joshua trees - some of them centuries old - punctuate the skyline at odd angles. The ground shifts from hardpan to loose gravel to powdery silt in the space of a few hundred yards. Desert wildlife moves through this landscape on its own schedule, and spotting a hawk banking low over a ridge or a lizard frozen on a sun-warmed rock is the kind of detail that a solo driver, focused on not rolling the vehicle, tends to miss entirely. Being the passenger changes what you see.

The tour includes complimentary photos, water, and a light snack, which means the practical side is handled before you even buckle in. The guide isn't just managing the vehicle - they're reading the land, pointing out what's worth slowing down for, and turning a stretch of desert scrub into something that actually makes sense. That context is the difference between passing through a place and understanding it. When the dust settles and you're back at the trailhead, the Mojave feels less like a backdrop and more like somewhere you've genuinely been.
