The 36th-floor position of the Prestige Club Lounge means the journey from street to room involves a meaningful vertical ascent - factor in that the resort's scale makes even the internal walk from the Strip entrance to the elevator bank a longer stretch than you'd expect from a typical hotel. The property is at its most animated in the evenings, when the Grand Canal Shoppes fill with foot traffic and the restaurant corridors buzz before and after shows. Early mornings, by contrast, are noticeably quieter, and the canal-side areas of the shopping concourse have a calm that disappears by mid-afternoon. Guests on the Prestige Club Lounge tier get a genuine buffer from the lobby crowd through the private check-in process - it's worth using that entrance rather than joining the main floor queue.
