The scale here is small by Las Vegas standards, and that shapes the whole experience. The lobby is compact and historically decorated rather than cavernous, so the transition from the loud energy of Fremont Street to the hotel side of the building happens quickly. The casino floor gets noticeably busier right at 6 PM when 'The Night Starts Here' kicks off - if you prefer a calmer floor, earlier in the afternoon is quieter. One Bar faces outward onto the pedestrian zone, so it absorbs the crowd and noise of Fremont Street directly; it's lively by nature and almost never quiet after dark. Bar Prohibition, tucked inside, runs at a different pace. Guests who want the Fremont Street atmosphere from their window rather than from a distance will find the location delivers exactly that, at volume.
