Ricky Martin has played the Strip plenty: a residency at what's now Dolby Live back in 2017 and 2018, and a pair of nights at the Colosseum last September. What's different this time is the room and the date. These are his first performances at Fontainebleau, and the second of the two falls on Halloween night itself, which is either the best possible reason to book it or a scheduling problem, depending on what else you had planned for October 31.
Two nights, one new room
Ricky Martin takes BleauLive Theater on Friday October 30 and Saturday October 31, 90 minutes a night. BleauLive is a theater rather than an arena, which for someone who's sold more than 95 million albums worldwide means a far smaller room than his catalog would normally command. Two Grammy Awards and four Latin Grammys sit behind that catalog, along with an MTV Latin Icon honor, and the set is built from the songs that earned them.
Where: BleauLive Theater, Fontainebleau, north Strip. When: Friday October 30 and Saturday October 31. Format: 90-minute concert, his first shows at the property.

The Halloween problem, stated plainly
October 31 falls on a Saturday in 2026, which makes it the busiest single night the Strip will see this autumn. Take the Saturday show and you're competing with the whole city for a taxi afterward, and the north Strip isn't the easiest place to leave in a hurry. The Friday performance is the same show with a fraction of the friction. Take the Saturday only if being at a Ricky Martin concert on Halloween night is itself the point, which for a lot of people it will be.
What you're actually getting
It's a greatest-hits night, and it isn't pretending to be anything else. Livin' La Vida Loca, La Copa de la Vida, Maria, She Bangs: three decades of songs that crossed from Spanish-language pop into the American mainstream largely because he's the one who pushed them there. If you want deep cuts and unexpected choices, a tour stop serves you better than a two-night Strip booking ever will. If you want the songs you already know performed by the person who made them, in a room small enough that you'll actually see him, this is a rare configuration. For everything else on that weekend, our Halloween in Las Vegas guide covers the haunts and the rest of the calendar.
