Most comedy residencies on the Strip put one name on the marquee. Not this one. This one puts two from different generations of stand-up on the same stage: Nikki Glaser, who roasts celebrities for a living and hosted the Golden Globes, and David Spade, who has been the driest voice in the room since his Saturday Night Live years. They opened the residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in January 2026, played holiday weekends all year, and are back for two weekends in 2027.
The residency at the Colosseum
Nikki Glaser and David Spade: The Vegas Residency plays the Colosseum, the 4,300-seat theater built at Caesars Palace for headliners, so it plays like an event rather than a club night. Expect two very different engines in one night: Glaser fast and unfiltered, Spade slow, sarcastic and self-mocking.
Where: The Colosseum, Caesars Palace, center Strip. When: January 22 and 23, and April 16 and 17, 2027. Run time: about 90 minutes. Ages: 6 and up on the listing. Best for: roast fans, SNL fans and couples who want a comedy night with a big-room feel. Booking: the January weekend is on sale now.

Nikki Glaser: from roast stage to awards host
Glaser became the first woman to host the Golden Globe Awards solo in January 2025, and the show brought her back for the 83rd ceremony in January 2026. Her breakout year was 2024, when she stole Netflix's roast of Tom Brady and The New York Times named her comedian of the year. TIME put her on its 100 most influential list in 2025. Her two HBO specials, Good Clean Filth and Someday You'll Die, show the range, and the second won a Writers Guild Award. She has nominations for an Emmy, a Grammy and a Golden Globe of her own. Quite a run.
David Spade: five SNL seasons and counting
Spade spent five years on Saturday Night Live as a cast member and writer, where the Hollywood Minute on Weekend Update made him the show's resident cynic. He played Dennis Finch on Just Shoot Me, which earned him Emmy and Golden Globe nominations, starred in Rules of Engagement for seven seasons, and made Tommy Boy and Black Sheep with Chris Farley. Kids know him as the voice of Griffin the Invisible Man in the Hotel Transylvania films. His latest stand-up special, Dandelion, came out on Prime Video in 2025. Still sharp.
A fair warning
The listing allows guests 6 and up. This is adult comedy. Glaser built her name on roasts and frank material about sex and dating, so most parents will want to leave younger kids at the hotel.
Planning the night
Easy to plan. Both 2027 weekends are Friday and Saturday pairs. The Colosseum is easy to reach, sitting in the middle of Caesars Palace, a few minutes' walk from the Forum Shops. Our Las Vegas residencies guide lists who else is playing long runs on the Strip, and our comedy clubs guide covers the nights when a smaller room fits better.
