The Eagles have eight Sphere dates left in 2026, four in November and four in December, running from November 13 to December 12. The show runs about two hours with no intermission and opens with Hotel California. These are the last dates announced. Don Henley told CBS Sunday Morning in February that this year will probably be it. Eight nights. Then maybe none.
The longest residency Sphere has had
Eagles at Sphere opened in September 2024, and the December additions bring it to 68 shows, more than any other act has played in the dome. Nobody else is close. Dead and Company held the record before them, and U2, who opened the building in 2023, played 40. The band kept adding dates because the seats kept selling. It's become the Eagles' farewell, played in one room.
Who's on stage
Henley is the founding member at the center, moving between the drums and the front of the stage. Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit have been with the band since the 1970s. Vince Gill and Deacon Frey, the son of the late Glenn Frey, share the vocals Glenn used to sing. Touring guitarists and keyboard players fill out the sound. It's a big band. Every harmony gets covered.
What they play, and what Sphere adds
Hotel California opens the night, and the seats rumble on the first drum hit. From there the set has covered Take It Easy, Peaceful Easy Feeling under a desert night sky, Witchy Woman, Seven Bridges Road, Desperado and Life in the Fast Lane, with Las Vegas Boulevard on the screen instead of Sunset. Walsh brings Life's Been Good and Rocky Mountain Way, Henley brings The Boys of Summer, and Heartache Tonight closes it. Henley's own line on the visuals is that the songs still come first.

Building a weekend around it
The November 13 and 14 shows land during The Book of Mormon's short run at the Venetian Theatre, connected to Sphere by a bridge, so a matinee and the Eagles fit one Saturday.
