Fifty Years of Touring. The Final Chapter Is Playing Out at Sphere.
The Eagles announced the beginning of the end in July 2023. Since then they have played hundreds of shows worldwide as part of a publicly declared farewell run -- a goodbye that the band has extended and extended again as demand has kept outpacing their willingness to actually stop. The Sphere residency has been part of that extension: 56 shows to date, a record for any artist at the venue, with the September and November 2026 dates representing the latest addition to a run the band keeps finding reasons to continue. Whether those reasons run out after this round of dates is genuinely unknown. What is known is that these are among the last confirmed shows from a band that has spent more than fifty years defining what American rock sounds like.

Eagles at Sphere
Eagles at Sphere returns for five nights across the fall -- September 18 and 19 at 8:30 PM, then November 13, 14, and 27 at 8:30 PM. The Sphere residency has always suited the Eagles particularly well: a catalog built on desert imagery, California mythology, and open-road Americana translates powerfully to a 160,000-square-foot wraparound screen that can fill the room with exactly those visuals at a scale no previous stage could match. Hotel California, Take It Easy, Desperado, Life in the Fast Lane -- songs that have been part of the cultural soundtrack for decades, performed inside a venue that did not exist until three years ago, by a band that may not be performing at all much longer. The Eagles already hold the record for the most shows ever performed at Sphere. These dates extend that record while the band continues to wind down a career that spans more than fifty years of touring.
When: Sept 18 & 19, Nov 13, 14 & 27 at 8:30 PM | Venue: Sphere
Also at Sphere This Fall: Carín León
If you are planning a Sphere visit in September, it is worth knowing that Carín León is also performing at Sphere earlier in the month -- multiple nights in early-to-mid September, ahead of the Eagles' September 18 and 19 dates. León, a singer-songwriter from Hermosillo, Sonora, became the first Latin artist ever to headline Sphere with this residency -- a genuine milestone, timed around Mexican Independence Day. His sound blends norteño and banda traditions with country, R&B, and pop, and he has collaborated with artists including Kane Brown, Maluma, Grupo Frontera, and Kacey Musgraves. Two very different shows, two very different nights, both inside the same dome in the same month.
The Practical Truth
The Eagles at Sphere in the fall is exactly what it sounds like -- one of the last confirmed chances to see one of the most important bands in American rock perform live, inside the most technically advanced concert venue ever built. The September dates sell quickly; the November dates give a slightly longer window. Check the booking section below for current availability across all five shows.
