Centrifuge itself is a classic circular casino bar. It sits in in the middle of the casino area, is slightly elevated and somewhat screened of from the casino with mesh curtains. You can sit at the main center bar or in plush love seats and chairs for table service. There's music, but it is not too loud. You can easily spot the bar because it has a giant glowing abstract structure atop it.
But it's the proximity to Hakkasan that raises Centrifuge's profile. On Friday and Saturday nights when Hakkasan's line stretches throughout the casino, grab a drink at Centrifuge and sit back and watch the parade of people.
The bar features drink concoctions that take specialty cocktails from each of MGM Grand's signature restaurants, infusing them with fruit.
