Vegas is a 24-hour town so you've got to love a bar that has drinks appropriate for both morning or night. Bound, the swanky, circular lobby bar at The Vanderpump Hotel, has a menu by famed mixologist Salvatore Calabrese, who has been in the business for more than 30 years and has a reputation for his martinis. If you've got a hangover have a bit of the hair o' the dog that bit you and try Calabrese's Breakfast Martini, a gin-based drink mixed with orange marmalade, the same topping he uses for his toast. Calabrese also created exclusive espresso cocktails for Bound, ideal for both night owls and early birds. They're served in a frozen traditional Italian Moka Pot and have clever names like Keep Me Awake Bro and Never Say Goodnight. While billed as a lobby bar, Bound is really more part of the casino then the lobby. It's easy to spot from the valet entrance, just look for the dark colors, plush seating and curtains that remind you of an exclusive club.
