Either way, ALIBI will make you feel like you're looking out on everyone else's fun while secretly knowing that yours is so much sultrier. The array of specialty cocktails will be enough to keep you out of trouble; you'll want to try them all. But if you prefer a little more input into your alibi, the "Build Your Own Cocktail" menu lets you choose your spirit and combine it with a variety of ingredients to create a story just detailed enough to get you off whatever hook may hold you. With handcrafted beer, a wine list, bottle service and a food menu, Alibi might not have thought the name all the way through.
