Most concerts hand you a seat and a request to stay in it. The Summers series at The Pool at SAHARA hands you a different instruction, printed right there on the ticket: bring your swimsuit, the pool will be open. That one line reframes the whole thing. These aren't concerts you attend so much as pool parties with a live band on the far side of the water, thrown on the open-air deck at the north end of the Strip once the desert heat breaks. Four are left this summer, and one door rule decides whether you're getting in.
The Rule First: 21 and Over, ID at the Door
Every night in the series is 21 and over, and the door wants a valid government-issued photo ID, full stop. That single fact sets the tone for everything else: this is an adults-only party in a pool, not a family day that drifts into the evening. If your plan involved kids or teenagers, it needs a different venue. Bring the ID even if you're visibly decades past 21, because the door is strict and it's a long, wet walk back. With that settled, here are the four parties in calendar order.
Totally Tubular Festival (July 25)
Totally Tubular Festival is the biggest party of the four and the nearest date on the calendar. It stacks seven original 80s acts onto one poolside stage. The lineup runs A Flock of Seagulls, Thomas Dolby, Bow Wow Wow, Animotion, The Escape Club, The Producers, and Tommy Tutone, and these are the actual artists, not tribute bands, playing the songs they wrote. Doors at 7:30, music at 9:00, water open the whole time. If your idea of a perfect Vegas night is floating in a pool while the band that recorded 867-5309 plays it twenty feet away, this is the one.

Arrival from Sweden: The Music of ABBA (August 8)
Arrival from Sweden carries a credential no other ABBA tribute on earth can claim: Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson trusted this group to perform an unreleased ABBA song. They've played more than 70 countries since 1995 in full costume and harmony. Poolside, with a drink and a crowd that knows every word to Dancing Queen, it's the crowd-pleaser of the run and the safest pick for a group with mixed taste.

X Ambassadors (September 26)
X Ambassadors is the loudest, most physical night of the four. The alt-rock band built its name on anthemic live shows, and an open-air pool deck gives that sound room to open up and the crowd room to move. This is the pick if you plan to be out of the water and up near the stage the whole set rather than lounging on a daybed.

Spin Doctors (October 10)
Spin Doctors close the series and arrive with more than a nostalgia set: more than 35 years after they broke through, they're touring their first new album in over a decade, so the night mixes the 90s hits everyone came for with fresh material. It's the pick for a mellower, later-season party -- and October gives you the most comfortable pool-deck weather of all four dates.

The Practical Truth
These are Saturdays, one party each, and a passed date is gone for the season, so this is a calendar call, not a someday one. Two things worth sorting before you go. If you want a base by the water rather than a spot in the standing crowd, book a cabana or daybed early -- they sell separately from general admission and the good ones vanish first. And genuinely bring the swimsuit: people assume "pool concert" is just branding, then watch half the crowd actually get in the water while they stand there dry in jeans.
